Art of Pleasure Medicine Retreat in Costa Rica with Ayo Ngozi

A wonderful week exploring all the ways to incorporate herbs and plant medicine in our lives and self care – create herbal jewelry, herbal body care, yoni steams, herbal paper makings, natural plant dyes, walks with local Afro Costa Rican herbalists, traditional cooking classes, visits to local Indigenous family with chocolate making and plant walk, all set amongst the luscious Costa Rican beaches and jungle!
