Ehrlich representatives will be sharing yummy insect-dishes created by Eleven Courses at Pratt and Light Plaza from 11:30 AM to 3:30 PM on Tuesday, September 26, 2017. Featured menu items include fried cricket crostini and mealworm Maryland crab cakes.
Since September is Hunger Action Month, Ehrlich will also make a donation to the Maryland Food Bank, a member of Feeding America, for every Pestaurant guest who chooses to chow-down on an insect delicacy. Whether you take part in our cricket-eating contest, munch a tasty cricket treat in flavors like sour cream and onion, bacon and cheese, and salt and vinegar, or enjoy an insect lollipop and chocolate covered insect, we’ll give to this worthy cause.
