The Schlafly Vintage & Variant Night Benefitting Arcadia

Join us on Wednesday, May 31st as Rustico Ballston and Schlafly host an evening of exceptional beers benefitting local non-profit, Arcadia. On this night, we’ll showcase 15 different beers, in bottle and on draft, from the Saint Louis Brewery!
Highlights include an ultra rare keg of The Variant, one of only five available in the entire Mid-Atlantic region. The newest iteration of the Ibex Rare series, The Variant is a Port-barrel aged Imperial Stout finished with cocoa nibs.
Not to be outdone, we’re also featuring a 7-year vertical of Schlafly Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout. Don’t miss this unprecedented opportunity to try 7 consecutive vintages of this barrel-aged beauty side-by-side for the first time ever!
100% of the proceeds from the Schlafly Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout vintage pours will be donated to Arcadia Center for Sustainable Food and Agriculture. Arcadia is a nonprofit organization dedicated to creating a more equitable and sustainable local food system in the Washington, DC area. For more info, please visit arcadiafood.org.
There is no admission fee for this event. All Schlafly beers will be priced individually by the glass and in 4 oz. tasting pours. Rustico will also be accepting donations to Arcadia during this event.
