| Description: | The SFMNP provides fresh fruits and vegetables to senior citizens of the District of Columbia who are eligible for and participate in the CSFP/Grocery Plus. The program expands the awareness and use of farmers’ markets, and also supports and promotes the daily consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables. |
