Gratitude is the Heart’s Memory: A Thanksgiving Day Workshop
November 24, 2016 @ 9:30 am - 11:30 am
Before we cultivate an attitude of gratitude that we can share with the world, we have to take stock of where we are. Have you ever been committed to an idea of what the holidays should look like, what you deserve or are entitled to, and/or what love/happiness looks like? Have you ever measured your life against what you should have? If so, this can get in the way of noticing what you actually have – right now. Join me for a workshop to assess strength (both mental and physical), remember those who have shown you kindness and build resiliency within your body. There will be restorative heart openers to prepare for journaling exercises and a thorough breakdown of complex poses (i.e., wheel and crow). Journaling exercises will focus on letting go of expectations to fully embrace the holiday season.
Donation Range: $35 – $45
