Hometown Habitat, Stories of Bringing Nature Home an eight-part, 90-minute documentary by Catherine Zimmerman that explores how we can restore and incorporate nature into every landscape and redefine our relationship with nature
See real-life success stories, that cover topics like ecosystem services, nature’s resiliency, water conservation, ecoart and environmental activism.
This free, public program will be at 7:30 p.m. at the Huntley Meadows Park Visitor Center. Sponsored by the Friends of Dyke Marsh and cosponsored by Plant NoVa Natives, the Trust for the George Washington Memorial Parkway Trust the Friends of Little Hunting Creek.
