Thursday Night Summer Workshops
Thursday night is the new Friday night! This summer Sky House is hosting unique and engaging workshops every Thursday night! From yoga to herbal ceremonies you will find something that will engage your body, mind, and soul. Early Registration: $15 Drop-In/Day of: $20 Aerial classes: $20/$30
Inverting is exhilarating, rejuvenating, and sometimes it can be scary. However, when you successfully invert you instantly feel recharged and invigorated. Inverting in an aerial yoga hammock is one of the safest ways we can practice inversions. The hammock is designed to support you, decrease compression of the spine, and give you the confidence to float upside down. Join Vaihayasa aerial teacher Sarah Hippert for this special Thursday night aerial experience!
