Beginner Farmer Training Program Delmarva Info Session

Dream of starting a farm, or interested in learning more about farming to improve your farming operation?
Future Harvest will be hosting a Beginner Farmer Training Program (BFTP) information session in Salisbury, MD on August 27th, 1:00 pm – 2:30 pm at the Extension Office for folks interested in participating as trainees, trainers, or consultants. Our BFTP offers a year-long, immersive training experience with 3 different levels of training designed to meet the specific needs of beginning farmers at different stages in their careers. We will be accepting a limited number of BFTP trainees. Applications will begin being accepted in mid-August. If you know of a beginning farmer who may be interested, send them our way!
