Dear Breast Cancer and Care Advocates!
The Health Alliance Network invites you to the second planning meeting for the “Her Story MattersTM (HSM)” breast cancer and care Award program to be held in October 2017.
The “Her Story MattersTM” and Fannie Lou Hamer “Courage In Action” Award program highlights the journey and stories of Women of Color in the triumph and advocacy over Breast Cancer. This will be the Third Annual HSM event. We will again honor champions from Ward 7, Ward 8 and Ward 5.
The planning meeting will take place:
When: Friday, July 7th
Time: 10:00 am – 12:00 pm
Where: @The Dorothy Height/Benning Library, 3935 Benning Rd NE (lower lvl large conference rm; 3 blks fr Minn Ave Metro, parking in rear)
We are seeking Volunteers, sponsors, and vendors. Hope to see you at the meeting!
