Spring Wine-Making Workshop 2017
Brewing wines and meads is an ancient art. In its vast history, brewing alcohol ranged from the practical to the illegal, from the profane to the sacred. In this class, we will learn tried and true techniques for making wines and meads the easy way. Using locally-harvested wild and cultivated herbs, we will design and create custom recipes as well as ancient recipes that you can replicate in your own kitchen.
Brewing can be as simple or as complicated as you want it to be, and this class will focus on simple to medium scale brewing. The information presented is simple so that participants can immediately put the knowledge to use at home.
**This workshop has a 15 person maximum participation**
