Chicken’s For Dinner! With Naturally Sunkissed Farm

In this workshop, Naturally Sunkissed Farm owners Megan & Brett will guide participants through chicken processing using their Featherman equipment. The discussion will also include biosecurity, meat packaging, marketing, and an overview of raising pastured chickens. There will be an opportunity for hands-on participation and a potluck meal at the end of the workshop.
Approximate workshop schedule:
9:30 am: Registration
9:45 am – 1:00 pm Chicken Processing Workshop
1:00 pm: Potluck Lunch
2:00 pm: Opportunity to stay post-workshop and practice processing techniques further
