Cultivate the City Fall Planting at Nationals Park

Come help us get the rooftop garden at Nationals Park setup for the cooler weather! We are going to pull up lots of summer crops like tomatoes and peppers and replant with cool season crops. Come out and learn about what we are growing at the stadium and what happens with all the produce thats harvested up here!
Lunch will be provided for volunteers from one of our sponsors- more details to come
Finally, make sure to dress appropriately as the weather can quickly change from cool and windy to hot and balmy on the rooftop. Bring sunglasses, a hat, garden gloves, a water bottle and anything else that you may need to work comfortably on the rooftop.
