Cultural Cookie, Cake and Story Exchange
December 10th 2-4pm
Our Cultural Heritage Potluck was such a success we’re going to do it again – with a twist! We heard stories and tasted dishes from Italy, Cameroon, France, India, Egypt, Greece and many more.
Cultures all over the world celebrate holidays that often feature a dessert and we’re ready to explore them. Bring a dessert that tells a story about your family or culture. We’ll try a sample of your dessert and listen to each-others stories then divy up the rest and take our sweet stories out into the world to share them!
Please plan to bring a sharable amount of your dessert to be split up among participants (several pies, cakes, several dozen cookies, ect) and then a small plate of sample size bites to go along with the story you share.
