In honor of Father’s Day, bring the whole family for a fun-filled afternoon outside learning and practicing “rugged skills!” Join the instructors of Earth Village Education for demonstrations, activities, and games that teach good old-fashioned life skills inspired by outdoor adventure, wilderness survival, and homesteading. We’ll build one-match fires, identify wild edible plants, throw tomahawks, practice navigation skills on our “compass challenge course,” and more! As afternoon turns to evening, we’ll gather around the campfire to eat dinner, listen to stories, and toast marshmallows. You’ll have fun, make memories, and learn cool stuff all at the same time.
