Sarah and Shiela, the brains behind Gordy’s Pickles, Meaghan and Shane, owners of Hex Ferments along with Lauren, the Preserving Manager at Woodberry Kitchens will lead the conversation at this Origins on Thursday, May 24 on this very timely subject.

Fermentation, Preserving and Canning while having been around for generations, are one of the hottest food trends happening. Everything from Kombucha to pickled everything are featured at specialty stores, on restaruant menus and being featured om food tv shows
