Finding Your Inner Balance through Yoga and Mindfulness #2

This 3 hour trauma informed workshop is designed for individuals seeking inner balance- or more specifically for anyone looking for support with regulating emotions due to difficulties from diagnoses of depression, bipolar disorder, anxiety, ADHD, PTSD, and more. Students will learn tools for managing strong emotions, daily self-care prevention tools, as well as tools for recovering from strong emotions. Throughout the workshop students will learn yoga poses, breathwork, guided meditation, and art therapy. Each of these will be guided with support and explanations for how students can apply these strategies in their day to day life for support when they need it most.
This workshop is led by Christine K.Dance, RYT 500/MSEd. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Education, Christine is both trained and experienced in working with people with a variety of needs, and offers yoga for every body. Christine currently teaches yoga at local centers for people with a variety of needs and diagnoses, and teaches with care and sensitivity to all needs. This workshop will be led with the utmost privacy in regards to protecting each student who attends. Last names will not be given nor will diagnoses be discussed.
