Fundraising Event – Supporting Our Friends in Peru

Please join us this Saturday for a fundraising event, modeled after the traditional Peruvian pollada, to support Peru’s relief and rebuilding efforts after the massive floods and landslides that devastated the country last week. For a suggested donation of $15, you will receive a complimentary welcome pisco sour or a beer, sample different piscos and enjoy some Peruvian bites. You can also order additional $5 Pisco Sours and Chilcanos and $4 Peruvian beer for the remainder of the event. We will be donating 100% of these ticket sales to Peru through World Central Kitchen.
At China Chilcano, José and his team, led by Peruvian Head Chef Carlos Delgado, celebrate the rich culinary and cultural diversity of Peru. This cause is personal for Carlos and José, and they hope the DC community will join them to raise funds towards helping all those that have been impacted across Carlos’ beloved country.
Additionally, for the month of April, we will be donating 10% of lunch proceeds to Peru.
