Habitat & Restoration Seeding at Dumbarton Oaks

Join Rock Creek Conservancy, Dumbarton Oaks Conservancy, and the National Park Service to help restore and rehabilitate a hillside in Dumbarton Oaks Park to a natural meadow. Meet at the top of Lover’s Lane (approximately 3060 R Street NW). 2-hour street parking is available, or volunteers can contact Amanda Shull ahead of time at amandashull@dopark.org to arrange for parking at the Dumbarton Oaks offices.
Please come prepared with long pants, a long-sleeve shirt, and closed-toe shoes, and bring water. Tools and gloves will be provided; snacks will also be on hand for volunteers.
