Kim Chi and Me: Kim Chi for Every Palate
When most people think of kim chi, they think of a super spicy, bright red mix of strange vegetables buried in the ground. Which is why many people view the traditional Korean ferment suspiciously. But kim chi is a wonderful and varied ferment that can be made exactly how you like it. In this class, Rachel Armistead of The Sweet Farm will talk about all the different ways you can make and flavor your kim chi. And you’ll get to make your own batch to take home, just the way you like it–no burying required!
