Lunch with Juliette

March 30, 2017 @ 12:00 pm - 1:30 pm

Lunch can be such a mundane (and often unhealthy) meal. If you pack it yourself, it might be a sandwich, and if you run and grab it, you might get a greasy burger or prepackaged salad. Forget the fast food and get to Lunch with Juliette. Chef Juliette will show you how to create a flavor packed, nutrient dense lunch in a short amount of time! This class is partly hands-on; Chef Juliette will start the process and you will help her finish it while nutrition topics and techniques are discussed.

Always whole foods, always delicous, always nourishing your body. Think beyond burgers and sandwiches.

3/9 MENU (GF and Vegan):
* Sweet & Sour Tempeh, Vegan Pad Thai with an Array of Vegetables

3/30 MENU (GF and Vegan)
Black Bean Burgers Served Over Grilled Portobellos, Sweet Potato Fries, Salad
