Mental self-care: herbal support for stressful times

Many of us experience mental strain during times of stress, whether it be the occasional difficult week or a continuous mental health challenge. Sandwiched between daylight savings time and election night, this workshop will cover medicinal plants that help us cope with dark days, stressful times, anxiety, feeling low, racing minds, and other unwanted glitches of the brain. We’ll drink tea and brighten our evening with a fire in the fireplace while we explore plant medicines that raise the spirits, calm the mind, and nourish our stressed-out bodies back to health.
