Mushroom Inoculation Class: 10/7

This hands-on class will cover several different inoculation techniques including plugged logs, sterilized straw in bags and open garden wood-chip mushroom beds. Participants will learn how to select mushroom strains for different techniques, create the ideal environment for fungal fruiting and harvest and store their bounty. Participants will go home with a mushroom log and a bagged mushroom habitat.
