Summer BBQ at the Barn in Johnston Square

August 27th Charm City Farms will be hosting a Summer BBQ for the Johnston Square Neighborhood at the Red Barn.
There will be smoked pulled pork sandwiches, homemade coleslaw, and more!

We look forward to connecting with our neighbors and the surrounding community. This is an all volunteer organized event in hopes of building a relationship and sharing our project with others.

Tree Frog Hot Sauce will be pulling an all-nighter to smoke Carolina pulled pork (and making an attempt at jackfruit Q) for a benifit to support the Charm City Farms. CCF is one of a growing number of urban agriculture organizations designed to provide fresh food to neighborhoods with few options. There will be games and other activities, as well as a flea market. There are also lots of oportunities for volunteers. To say that we are operating on a shoestring budget would imply that we couls afford shoestrings, so please comedown and help us make this happen.
