Taste of Everyman: “M. Butterfly”

Taste of Everyman is an artful pre-show food and drink experience that combines smarts and samples from some of the hottest talent in Baltimore’s dine and drink scene. Each event’s tasting menu includes expert knowledge and sample-sized pairings designed (cheekily) to complement the show.

Tamper your knee-jerk “ugh!” with “ooh’s” and “ahhhh’s,” as we nod coyly towards our current show’s namesake and offer a taste-and-tell social hour about bugs that you’ll never forget. Learn about the practical, nutritional, and environmental benefits of breeding and eating crispy critters from Eric Kelly of Charm City Farms, join the staff of MOM’s Organic Market for samples of sustainable protein products, and enjoy delectable cocktail concoctions from the staff of Clavel—featuring insects as the secret ingredient!
