The Smile Carnival

The Smile Project June 1-4, 2017: Carnival & Concert hosted by Broccoli City and Universal Fairs at RFK Festival Grounds is a four day festival featuring huge thrill rides, the best carnival food and games, incredible music performances, cash bars, and live art installations by the area’s most talk about artists.
