$45 per person – flat fee
$80 per pair
3 work trades available at $25 each
Join Chef Helena Keeffe del Pesco for a hands-on 5 course brunch celebrating the complex flavors of seeds and their fruit.
From the exceedingly intricate reproduction system of corn to the story of how the fish pepper seed was traded for a bee venom remedy, seeds will take us on a delicious journey.
Participants will have the opportunity to co-create this tactile and taste experience with plants from Fox Haven’s wild and farmed flora.
Brunch will be held in the barn at Fox Haven.
Dietary Restrictions (vegetarian, vegan, gluten free, ect.) can be accommodated with 1 week’s notice. Please email lacey@foxhavenfarm.org
