Thursday Night Summer Workshops: DharmaIV w/ April Ramee

Thursday night is the new Friday night! Join us this summer for variety of unique and powerful workshops! Early Registration: $15 Drop-In: $20
Come experience the teachings of Sri Dharma Mittra through a heart opening practice of Dharma IV yoga. In this class we will learn the fourth sequence that gradually builds upon the previous asana sequence to go deeper into the practice. Dharma IV includes pranayama, asana, and meditation. This workshop is great for students who want to learn new variations on asanas, deepen their pranayama practice, and learn how to implement a deeper personal practice. All levels of yoga welcome.
Dharma Mittra is a master of yoga located in NY and shares his teaching every day to many students and teachers all over the world. April Rameé is an 800hr Dharma Yoga teacher and an herbalist guiding students into the benefits of personal practice.
