Vegan Holiday Dinner – December 10th

Join us for a hands-on afternoon of cooking plant-based holiday dishes that pull from North, Central and South American traditions. We’ll discuss satisfying, delicious plant-based alternatives to dairy and meat, talk about planning and executing a multi-dish meal for a crowd, and we’ll share resources for recipes and menus.
Participants are encouraged to bring along family recipes that they need help veganizing or questions about working with new ingredients.
