In this webinar, ERS Economist Roger Claassen addresses how Highly Erodible Land Compliance (HELC) requirements have affected soil erosion over the past 30 years; how much soil erosion reduction can be attributed directly to HELC; and how the 2014 Farm Act changed incentives for meeting Conservation Compliance.
