Workshop: Make Your Own Bitters

Join us for a journey through the history and development of herbal bitter use, followed by a hands-on workshop where each attendee will create their own tincture to take home. Techniques, tools, and recipes will be examined as we explore various types and flavors of bitters, both popular and obscure. We’ll also take a peek at ways to incorporate bitters into popular cocktails and use them to enhance beverages and foods. Please note: Doors open at 6:15 p.m.
