Virginia Foundation for Agriculture in the Classroom

The mission of Agriculture in the Classroom (AITC) is to educate children about the importance of agriculture. AITC does this through providing professional development and resources for educators and students; school grants for agriculturally themed projects; awards for teachers who successfully integrate agriculture into their classrooms; an Agriculture Week reading program; support for volunteer initiatives; and student outreach.
